Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of managing the airport in Masow near Kielce on behalf of and for the benefit of the Witokrzyskie Voivodeship Board in accordance with applicable law, a detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) and the economic interest of the airport2. The airport is located at ul. Jana Pawa II 9, 26-001 Masw Drugi is entered in the register of civil airports kept by the President of the Civil Aviation Office (ULC), hereinafter referred to as the Airport.3. Pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires employment on the basis of an employment relationship Contractor or Subcontractor of the operational manager with the scope of duties specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order.4. Detailed method of documenting the employment of the above-mentioned a person who is subject to employment requirements under an employment relationship by a contractor or subcontractor in progress execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the contract. 5.
