- The subject of the order is the service of performing the function of Contract Engineer, consisting in the provision of services related to management, control, supervision and settlement of construction works, supplies and services in the investment task called Adaptation of the former Mennonite Church building for the purposes of Cappella's activities Gedanensis. The contract engineer acts on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party as his representative, to the extent consistent with the SWZ and the contract.
