- Purchase of service contracts divided into two tasks:
1) Renewal of the manufacturer's service contract for the existing IT infrastructure of Hewlett Packard Enterprise for 12 months,
2) Extension of the manufacturer's support for the Veeam Backup&Replication backup system to version 12 months.
Renewal of the service contract for Hewlett Packard Enterprise devices for 12 months at least at the HPE Foundation Care NBD SVC level for network switches, at least HPE Tech Care Basic SVC for other equipment.
Service contract renewal required manufacturer (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) for the Hewlett Packard Enterprise equipment owned by the Ordering Party.
The service contract covering the devices must provide the right to new firmware versions and security patches during the contract period.
Contract renewal must come from the official distribution channel for Poland. The ordering party requires that the contract renewal be registered with the equipment manufacturer.
Delivery deadline: 10 business days from the conclusion of the contract. The basis for confirming delivery will be information about the extension of the support period hardware manufacturer's portal: https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/assets
