- The subject of the order is the service of reservation, purchase and delivery of airline tickets for domestic and foreign routes, railway tickets for foreign routes, reservation and purchase of hotel rooms outside the country, reservation and purchase of hotel rooms for official foreign guests of the Minister of Agricultureand Rural Development during their stay in the country, together with employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development taking care of them, purchasing insurance and intermediation in the process of obtaining visas for delegates of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
2. The subject of the contract includes the purchase of:
1) 300 pcs. air tickets on the Warsaw-Brussels-Warsaw route;
2) 60 pcs. of air tickets on European routes;
3) 40 pcs. of air tickets on non-European routes;
4) 20 pcs. of air tickets on domestic routes;
5) 10 train tickets on foreign routes;
6) 550 hotel seatstrips outside the country;
7) 30 pcs. hotel rooms in the country;
8) 20 pcs. travel insurance policies;
9) 20 pcs. visa procedures.
3. The term "one ticket" should be understood as a ticket for the route: there and back". The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase "one-way" tickets.
4. Under the name "one seat"hotel" should be understood as a hotel day with or without breakfast at the request of the Ordering Party, with a parking space provided in the country.
