- 1. The subject of the order is the design, production, implementation, launch, maintenance and development of the URE 3.0 system, supporting key processes implemented by the Energy Regulatory Office. 2. Description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ pn. Detailed description of the subject Orders. Other terms regarding the performance of the contract were specified in the planned provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 2 to SWZ. 3. The Purchaser does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in art. 214 para. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not provide for The contractor conducts a local vision, while the contracting authority informs that the information contained in the documentation and source codes referred to in point 3 SOPZ, are confidential and cannot be made available to people other than contractors. The Ordering Party will enable the Contractors to familiarize themselves with them in accordance with point 3.9 SWZ. 5. The contracting authority requires a bid bond. 6. The Ordering Party requires the provision of a proper performance of the contract. 7. The Employer reserves that he may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the contractor's subjective qualification in accordance with point 9.2 of SWZ. 8. A full description of the procedure, including the description and form of documents submitted in the procedure, is in the specification of the terms of the contract.
