- The subject of the fall is a study of a study (SW) and a functional and use program (PFU) for the installation of hydrogen production from mine methane (CMM) hereinafter referred to as the installation. The subject will be removed as part of a project run by the InstituteNafty and gas - STUDY Research Institute in cooperation with Jastrzbsk SPK WLGOW. A detailed description of the subject of the skew is located in Zakzel 1 to SWZ Confidential. The requirements specified in the beginning No. 1 to SWZ are minimum requirements, and their pleasure is obligatory. Not in the above -mentioned requires minimalIt will be effective rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the fall pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
