We cordially invite you to submit an offer in the purchasing procedure entitled: "Service of the Evapco cooling tower model AT-18-3K12 in the cooling circuit of the technological process of building 24 for Zakłady Chemiczne NITRO-CHEM S.A. in Bydgoszcz". Interested companies should first send in the "Questions/Information" tab the signed Confidentiality Declaration (Appendix No. 7) and the GDPR Information Clause (Appendix No. 8). In response to the correctly completed and sent attachments, you will receive a complete set documents relating to the subject matter of the proceedings.1. Deadline for asking questions about the procedureAny questions regarding the execution of the subject of the order should be asked by 15:00 on November 13, 20252. Deadline for submitting offersThe offer must be submitted by 10:00 on November 14, 20253. Opening date offersThe submitted offers will be opened on November 14, 2025 at 10:30.
