Description:
The subject of the proceedings is the performance of the service managed by "Eko-Region" sp.z o.o. Plants/installations in Bełchatow, Dylow "A", Gotartow and Julkow and the selective municipal waste collection point in Łękińsk.
Description of the subject of the contract was described in detail inAnnexes No. 2 to SWZ for task 1-5.
Task 1 (plant/installation in Bełchatow at ul. Przemysłowa 14 and 16)
1. The subject of the contract is the contractor providing services specified in Annex 2 to SWZ and the contract - technical conditions and detailed scope of services for performance for the plant/installation"Eko-Region" sp.z o.o. in Bełchatow at ul. Przemysłowa 14 and 16.
2. The landlord provides that the subject of the contract will be provided in the hours and system described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ and the contract, subject to the provisions of points 6, 7, 8 and 9. 3. 3. The service covered by the contract will be provided atusing the contractor and the ordering chargers, described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ and the contract.They are necessary to ensure its proper operation. These works will be carried out by the Contractor with the help of chargers listed in point 3, and the settlement of these works will take place on the principles set out in § 6 of the contract.Coach ...
