- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of export and disposal of hazardous waste according to the list attached to the SWZ. The price of the service should include the transport of waste from the ordering party's warehouses to disposal/recovery sites and the disposal of 1 kg waste. Collection of hazardous waste will take place 3 times a week, i.e. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at hours agreed between the parties from hospital points, i.e.: - Hospital in Mogilno ul. Kociuszki 6- ZOL in Strzelno ul. Powstania Wielkopolskiego 8Odbir hazardous waste will be carried out once a month, i.e. on Tuesdays at hours agreed between the parties from hospital points, i.e.: - POZ Dbrowa, ul. Dworcowa 1- POZ Gbice, Marcinkowo 81- POZ Wylatowo- POZ MarkowiceThe contractor is obliged to provide free providing containers with a capacity of 770l or 3100l for waste, 8 pieces per week (or as needed). The principle of regionalization applies in the proceedings in question, the so-called the principle of proximity expressed in the Waste Act, according to which waste should be transferred to the nearest places where they can be recovered or disposed of.
