Description:
1.1. The object of the contract is to restore the full technical efficiency of the mentioned equipment
in the tables, in paragraph 1 of this chapter, by performing repairs and all other necessary activities indicated in the "operational and technical requirements" (WET) constituting Annex 7 to SWZ,
1 SWZ divided into 5 tasks:
Task No. 1 - Tanks repair.
Task No. 2 - refrigeration repair.
Task No. 3 - Repair of field kitchens KPŻ - 100.
Task 4-KP-340 field kitchen repair.
Task 5 - Field equipment repair container.
1, consisting in the possibility of increasing the basic quantitative scope of the subject of the contract specified as to the quantity in chapter III para. 1 in the column "Quantity Basic ", guaranteed contractor - maximum amount indicated in the table in Chapter III section 1 column" Quantity in the option.
Contractors in the event of failure to use the right of options as to the scope unrealized services specified in Chapter III para. 1, in a column called "quantity in the option", there is no claims against the contracting authority, including in particular claims for payment of the expected benefits.
