The subject of the order are forest management services as specified in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 530, as amended, Act on Forests), covering services in the field of forest management and timber harvesting and skidding in forests of municipal property of the Lubaczw Commune in 2026.12.2. Description and method of order implementation. Task (Part) No. 1 - Forest development and timber harvesting and skidding, package I, in the following scope: Timber harvesting and skidding services apply to the following areas: Szczutkow (cz) Krowica Sama (cz) Lisie Jamy ModwBorowa Gra (cz) Budomierz (cz) OpakaBasznia Dolna Tymce (cz) ZaueForest protection services apply to the following areas: Szczutkiw Krowica Sama Borowa Gra Opaka Basznia Dolna12.8. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the Contractor are described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 7 to SWZ.
