Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation and serving of meals (full lunch) for MOPS beneficiaries in a catering facility at the Contractor's disposal. The estimated size of the entire order will be approximately 21,500 meals (full dinner). average number of people entitled to meals monthly is 97 people. The average number of meals (full lunch) for one person per month is 20 meals (full dinner). The average number of meals (full lunch) per month is 1,791 meals (full lunch), with the reservation that the number of meals may change +/- 20%. Number of meals on individual days months may vary. The monthly number of meals (full lunch) will be determined at the beginning of each month based on the list of people entitled to use this form of assistance. Meals may be adjusted on a given day until 11:00 a.m. on a given day. 2. The Ordering Party requires that meals (full lunch) be served by 5 days a week, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
