A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is collection, export and utilization of medical waste hospital. Polish baptism monument in Gniezno.2. In the price of the service, its own transport from the Ordering Party magazines to the incinerator and the disposal of 1 kg of waste should be taken into account. Receiving of medical waste will take place 3 times a week, ie on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 07:00 to 13:00 from hospital points, i.e.: Hospital building at ul. 3 May 37 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday every week, - a hospital building at ul. St. Jana 9 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday every week, - Ambulance building ul. Wyszyńskiego 4 - Monday every week.4. According to the submitted offer, the Contractor is obliged to freely deliver clinic-box containers for liquid waste in the amount of 5-6 pcs a week (as needed) .5.
