Description:
The subject of the proceedings is the servicing of fire-fighting equipment for Police units in the province. Podkarpackie. 1) Purchases of the KWP in Rzeszów listed on the eB2B purchasing platform are carried out only through the platform (offers are not accepted submitted in a way other than via the form on the proceedings website). The exception are tender announcements, where the bidding takes place in the manner described in the announcement. 2) Submitting offers via the eB2B purchasing platform ensures transparency of the proceedings selecting offers. 3) The full specifications of the order and any annexes are visible on the procedure page, and by submitting the offer, the supplier/contractor agrees to these conditions and is aware of legal responsibility for the submitted offer. 4)The given price of the goods or the service must include all the contractor's costs, including the cost of delivery, and the quotation is based on gross prices. 5) The procedure does not have to end with the selection of a supplier/contractor, but if so, KWP Rzeszów will publish information about the result via the eB2B purchasing platform. 6) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of limiting or increasing the number of pieces for servicing, within the financial resources available. 7) The Bidder is obliged to complete the attached Form pricing.
