The ordering of the Ordering Party is the implementation of the investment regarding the construction of an accessible fiber optic network in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, co -financed by the National Reconstruction Plan (KPO). The contracting authority submitted applications for co -financing of projects as part of the recruitment of the C1.1.1 investment access to very fast internet in white spots (fourth recruitment). He obtained funding for the construction of a access network for 33,938 address points (PA) and intends to build a access network for all these PA.
2. The subject of the contract is the provision of contract engineer services For the investment indicated in para. 1.
