Description:
1 Construction and expansion (modernization) of the Curious Treatment Plant in Tuowice (hereinafter the contract Innner). The provisional task of the contract is to show the supervisory removal.Inwestorian in accordance with the provisions of Polish law, including chapter III of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725). The contract inclusion in the performance of the subject of the contract is obliged to perform the task and actions aimed at correctly implementing the investment along withits settlement. The contract Innier will be able to show legal assistance in the field of public policy consisting in support in the preparation of the proceedings and selection of the contractor, the implementation of construction of construction and financial assistance to support the ordering by supervising investment settlement.The scope of construction robs lined with the contract of the contract: in accordance with the documentation of projects made by Ecokube sp.z o.o. with headquarters in the department and permission on structure No. 511/2024 of 9.09.2024.sewage ...
