Description: 1. The subject of the order is the service of generating investment leaders among foreign startups, which will result in the implementation of direct investments in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in OPZ (Annex 1 to SWZ) and in the Agreement (Annex 2 to SWZ).
3. The Employer does not allow partial bids. The order is adapted to be implemented by small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, there are no grounds to divide into parts for technical, organizational and economic reasons. The method of completion and its nature requires the implementation by one contractor. Distributing entities in the case of this order is impossible due to the need to maintain consistency performed by individual services. Coordination of the activities of various contractors could seriously threaten the competent execution of the contract.
