4.1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services (service contract) for the Illumina NGS sequencer, model NovaSeq 6000, owned by the Ordering Party for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.4.2. As part of the provision of the service, the contractor undertakes to4.2.1. maintaining full efficiency operation of the system throughout the duration of the contract at its location,4.2.2. performance of all works covered by the subject of the contract by persons with appropriate qualifications to perform the entrusted work, 4.2.3. use only products and materials during the implementation of the subject of the contract and original devices and devices with valid documents authorizing their use in accordance with the regulations in force in this area, 4.2.4. applying and implementing service procedures in accordance with the device manufacturer's standards.4.3. The ordering party will make a payment for the launched maintenance service expeditiously within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and submission of a correctly issued invoice to the Ordering Party.4.4.
