- 1. The subject of the contract is maintenance and maintenance as well as renovations, modernization and construction of devices for traffic regulation in Gdynia.
2. The property of the subject of the contract includes:
1) maintenance and maintenance of devices for traffic regulation;
2) renovations, modernization and construction of regulation devices movement.
3. Delivery scope of the subject of the contract, the conditions of its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include attachments to SWZ from A to F and Annex 11:
1) List of traffic lights - intersections and pedestrian crossings - Annex A;
2) List of warning signaling - attachment B;
3) list of basic maintenance activities - Annex C;
4) STWIORB - Annex D;
5) register of applications and events - Annex E;
6) Price form - Annex F;
7) Designed provisions of the contract - Annex 11.
4. The contractor will grant a 24 -month warranty and warranty for the subject of the contract, Including devices and materials used from the date of signing each protocol of work receipt by the Ordering Party and the Contractor.
