Description:
The subject of the order is the service of service inspections and repairs, together with the necessary replacement of parts of a specialized station for obtaining micro and nanoshells as well as 3D nanostructures using the phenomena of chemisorption and absorption of particles. Position The system consists of three main equipment: ALD reactor (R-200 model of the company Picosun) PE-CVD reactor SPT320-PE of the company PlasmioniqueCompany PVD 75 reactor of the company Kurt J Leskerczchy three technologies, the common denominator of which is the production of modern layers surfaces and nanostructures with unique properties combined with ALD techniques (single atomic layer deposition), vacuum vapor deposition techniques using physical phenomena (PVD methods) and chemical phenomena (PE-CVD). LOCAL VISION. Ordering party. will enable and recommend that interested Contractors carry out a site visit, after prior arrangement of the date with the Ordering Party. Deadline for order completion: successively from the date of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2026, in accordance with the given dates of periodic inspections, i.e. I before the end of the first month of the service contract II in the fourth month of the service contract III in the eighth month...
