Description:
The service involves the delivery, replacement and commissioning of class 5 central heating boilers with a capacity of 12 kW along with circulation pumps, the purchase and installation of a carbon monoxide sensor, furnace sheets and the necessary installation equipment, dismantling and disposal of the boilers and carrying out associated works and ordinal matters related to the execution of the order.
class 5 central heating with a power of 12 kW for four buildings/residential premises, b) dismantling, removal and disposal of old coal-fired central heating boilers together with accessories, c) purchase, delivery and installation of a PR 25/40 circulation pump (a set for each central heating boiler), d) modification of the installation supplying the central heating boiler (a set for each central heating boiler), e) installation of air supply in the boiler room from SPIRO pipes with a diameter of 160 mm, length (approx. 7 m for the address Wysoka ul. Ogrodowa 5a/2, approx. 3 m for addresses Wysoka ul. for each central heating boiler), f) purchase and installation of carbon monoxide sensors with a 10-year battery, g) galvanized furnace sheets (a set for each boiler c.o),h) performance of all accompanying works necessary for the proper and safe use of the devices referred to in point 1,i) additional accompanying and cleaning works.2. and the date of the contract and in accordance with the description of the subject of the order, b) presenting documents confirming that the offered central heating boilers meet the energy efficiency requirements (Class 5), have a conformity marking confirming the compliance of the product with the essential requirements, in accordance with the Act on the system compliance (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1226, as amended).
