Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of patient nutrition services on both weekdays and holidays, for a period of 36 months from September 1, 2025.
The term 'nutrition of patients' should be understood as independent preparation (cooking) and the contractor supply to individual Employer buildings ready meals, in accordance with orders placed by the Ordering Party and at the hours specified by the Ordering Party.
The nutrition point includes a number of rooms for which It consists of a proper kitchen, kitchen facilities and storage and order rooms.
Issuing meals to patients in treatment with The contracting authority will take place in the rooms of the dining room, organized in the buildings "Zimowit", "Eskulap", "Maria", "Polonia", "Świtezianka" and "Anna". W The composition of individual dining rooms includes rooms, which consist of: waiter resolution, washables and cleaning rooms.
The contracting authority provides that the planned number of all -day meals in a period of 36 months will be: a patient with a referral - 664 648 meals, a commercial patient - 60,408 meals. The amount given above is estimated and may be reduced depending on the needs of the contracting authority.
