Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a service involving the implementation of the Outdoor campaign of the Lesser Poland Night of Scientists 2025 and World Entrepreneurship Week 2025 in Lesser Poland.
2. The order will be granted in 3 parts:
a) Part 1: Implementation of the outdoor campaign for the Lesser Poland Night of Scientists 2025 in the form of billboards in Lesser Poland-excluding the city of Krakow and the location at the Krakow-Zakopane route. Zakopane,
b) Part 2: Implementation of the outdoor campaign for the Lesser Poland Night of Scientists 2025 in the form of Citylights in Krakow and Tarnow,
c) Part 3: Implementation of the outdoor campaign For the needs of the World Entrepreneurship Week in Lesser Poland 2025 in the form of Citylights in Krakow.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract for a given part is included in the relevant attachment to SWZ, i.e. for part 1 in Annex 1Da to SWZ, for part 2 in Annex 1DB to SWZ, for Part 3 in Annex 1DC to SWZ and in each part it will be introduced as Annex 1 to the Public Procurement Agreement.
4. The terms of the contract are included in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be entered into the contract on public procurement - template of the contract and are posted in the appropriate part of the attachment to the SWZ, i.e. for Part 1 in Annex 1Ca to SWZ, for Part 2 in Annex 1CB to SWZ, for Part 3 in Annex 1CC to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the model contract).
