Description:
1 The offered method of waste development must be in accordance with the legal provisions in this respect and recovery processes in the commemoration of 1 to the Actof December 14, 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). 3. The estimated amount of waste, which will be transferred to the Contractor during the contracting period, will be up to 900 mg (with the reservation of the possibility of transferring a lower amount of quantity during the period of the contract but not less than 85% Mg). 4.The deadline for the execution up to 12 months from the date of signing the contract. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the possibility of transferring the lower amount of waste during the period of the contract, and the contractor will not claim any claims on this title. The amount of waste supplied during the contract period will not be less than 85% mgindicated in SWZ.6. Waste intended for further development comes from PSZOK located in KTach, ul. Mickiewicza 8 and from Pszok located in KTach, ul. KCKI PNOCNE GAMES BN.7. Waste collected in PSZOK BD comes from the swimming packetsKidney ...
