Krtk Description of the subject of the order: 1. The name of the order: Deleting cleaning and the order and deliver the correspondence of municipal buildings in 2022, 2. Description of the order contains Applying 3 to the SWZ., 3. The Orderer requires that persons directly shared in the implementation of the order i.e. people associated with the current maintenance of cleaning and the procession so that during the implementation period employed on the basis of a work contract within the meaning of the Regulation of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320 from P .ZM) by performing or subcontracting. The Employer does not require employment on contracts for the work of OSB related to the coordination of the implementation of the Exercise.
