Description:
1. The subject of the order is to provide services for maintaining cleanliness and order in external areas and inside buildings and to deliver correspondence to residents of municipal buildings administered by the Housing Management Department in Piekary lskie in the area: Part I ADM 12. Description of the item orders include Appendix No. 4a and Appendix 4b to SWZ.3. The ordering party requires that persons directly involved in the execution of the order, i.e. persons involved in the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and order, be employed under an employment contract during the period of contract execution within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277) by the Contractor or Subcontractor. The Ordering Party does not require the employment of persons involved in the coordination of services under an employment contract. The requirements do not apply to, among others: natural persons running a business, serving members of management bodies or supervisory functions of the Contractor, partners of a general partnership or partnership, to the extent that they will personally perform services for the Ordering Party or the Contractor.
