- The subject of the order is the organization and implementation of 22 schools (8-12 people) for a total of 126 participants, i.e. principals and teachers from primary schools from the Ecki subregion in the province. Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The Ecki subregion covers the area of the following counties: Ecki, Giycki, Godapa, Olecko, Piski, wgorzewski. Each participant will complete a 36-hour training cycle (2 away training sessions (18 hours long, 3 days long, with two overnight stays). The topic of the school will concern the implementation of pedagogical innovations in primary schools regarding the development of students' learning and multilingual skills in accordance with with an original project model developed by the Ordering Party, taking into account the following activities: (1) diagnostic, (2) educational and (3) management in primary schools regarding: (A) individualization of work with learning, (B) experience, including gamification, and (C) interdisciplinary, multi-subject classes and lessons, including multilingual.
