Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of organization and supervision of the comprehensive implementation of non-commercial clinical trials, as well as the provision, maintenance, configuration and provision of technical support of the System for electronic management of non-commercial clinical trials.it (hereinafter: System), as part of the project entitled "Multicenter, four-arm, randomized, double-blind study assessing the equivalence of bevacizumab doses in first-line treatment of ovarian cancer" (hereinafter: Project) implemented as part of the Consortium led by the Medical Universityy in Lublin (Research Sponsor).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract" (also called OPZ), which consists of:
2.1. Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract
2.2. Annex No. 1a to the Description of the Subject of the Order entitled Detaildescription of the clinical trial
2.2.1. Pursuant to Art. 18(4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party introduces an obligation to keep the information contained in Annex No. 1a to the Description of the Subject of the Order confidential. "Detailed description of the clinical trial".
a) Confidential information Contractor mothat they can be obtained by requesting their sending via the Purchasing Platform.
b) In the "Questions/Information" tab, the Contractor submits an application for access to Annex 1a along with a statement in accordance with Annex No. 13 to the SWZ - Contractor's declaration on maintaining the confidentiality of the provided data.
