- Part 1) 1. The subject of the order is the provision of a training service - a course for students and teachers entitled PROFESSIONAL CONFECTIONERY COURSE. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE APPLICABLE TO ALL PARTS OF THE ORDER: The Contractor is obliged to: a) perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the assumptions of the Specification of Conditions Orders and using materials and patterns provided by the Ordering Party. b) perform the subject of the contract with due diligence, professionally, in accordance with its best knowledge, in accordance with the best practices used in education and in accordance with the applicable provisions of Polish and Community law. c) ensuring professional training staff: Courses/training can only be conducted by people with appropriate education, experience and skills in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ and in the Contractor's offer, d) conducting classes in accordance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the Convention on the Rights of Individuals Disabled people, equal opportunities and accessibility, the principles of sustainable development and paying attention to the use of fully sensitive language towards participants, e) timely and efficient performance of the subject of the contract and ongoing cooperation z...
