Description:
The subject of the contract is the service of performing an evaluation examination and analysis broken down into two parts:
service of performing an evaluation test entitled: "EXTERNATION EX POST RPO WSL 2014 -2020" (part 1);
Service of the analysis entitled "Assessment of the existing effectiveness of the use of simplified methods of settlementsexpenditure under the FE SL 2021-2027 with an analysis of the legitimacy of expanding the scope of their use "(part 2).
1. The subject of the contract is the service of performing an evaluation examination and analysis broken down into two parts -the service of performing an evaluation study PN:" Evaluation ex post RPO WSL 2014 -20202020"(Part 1).
2. Description of the subject of the contract (in short: OPZ) constitutes Annex 3A of the NOT/Annex No. 1 to the planned provisions of the contract,
3. The planned provisions of the contract regarding the above public contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract (in short: PPU) are included inAnnex 2a to SWZ.
4. The contracting authority requires that the final report from the study be created in accordance with the principles contained in the current version of the guidelines regarding the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, in particular Annex 2, availability standards for PCohesion olithics 2021-2027 and in accordance with the principles of visualization of data contained in the book of visual identity of the brand European funds 2021-2027.
