Brief description of the subject of the order: 1) Task No. 1 Performing inspection services and repairing failures occurring in mechanical ventilation systems and duct ventilation in 19 buildings managed by the Wroclaw Specialist Team; , 4. The scope of the Contractor's work for task No. 1 includes, among others: Description of activitiesto be performed as part of the inspection and maintenance of mechanical ventilation includes: 1) checking the condition of the AHU housing surface, 2) cleaning and washing the internal surfaces of the AHU, 3) checking the leveling of the AHU, 4) cleaning and checking the patency and operation of the exhaust systemcondensate cooling, checking the condition of mountings and brackets, completeness of cover casings, tightening torques of bolts and screws, possible supplementation of missing elements (e.g. screws), , 5) checking the attachment of the AHU to the frame and foundation screws, , 6) checking the operation of multi-blade dampers, , 7) mattersmounting the filters, , 8) replacing fabric filters at each inspection, , 9) replacing mesh filters at each inspection, 10) checking the setting and fastening of electric motors, , 11) checking the operation of fan rotors by manually starting, , 12) compressors.. .
