Description:
1. The subject of this order is the service of performing a wide panel of proteo research in Proximity Extension Assay technology for the National Oncology Institute of Maria Skłodowska - Curie -State Research Institute of the Branch in Gliwice.
2. Description of the subject of the contract and the conditions The implementation of the order is included in the attachments:
1) description of the subject of the contract, list of proteins undergoing analysis - Annex 2 to SWZ,
2) the planned provisions of the contract, which will be entered into the content of the contract - Annex 4 to SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting offers partial
4. Offers not containing the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
5. The Employer allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers - the equivalence description was included in Chapter IV SWZ.
6. The contracting authority requires the contractor to pay a bid bond, it does not require proper protection performance of the contract.
7. The Purchaser does not provide for an electronic auction and complementary orders.
8. The contracting authority does not require the submission of the said means of evidence in the said proceedings.
9. Information on the joint application of contractors for the award of the contract was included in Chapter IX SWZ.
