- 1) The subject of the order includes: a) the provision of permanent (24-hour) direct physical protection of persons and property and surveillance of the Ordering Party's buildings and adjacent areas, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Persons and Property, b) the provision of permanent (24-hour) security services in the field of signal surveillance transmitted, collected and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems, within the meaning of the Act on the Protection of Persons and Property, which should be carried out taking into account the electronic security systems mentioned below (hereinafter also referred to as: security systems) owned by the Ordering Party: fire alarm system, burglary and intrusion detection system, closed-circuit television system, access control system. c) ensuring constant (24-hour) direct support and response to calls and signals from security systems by a specialized armed security formation referred to in the Act on the protection of persons and property, equipped in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of October 21, 2011 on the principles of arming specialist armed protection formations and conditions storage...
