- 1. The subject of the contract is the service of planning, preparation and implementation of the promotional and information campaign of the process of fair transformation through the prism of higher education in the Śląskie Voivodeship, as well as the development and transfer of relevant plans, schedules, media plans to the ordering party and reports. When implementing the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to:
- developing a creative concept and campaign strategy together with an indictary schedule of activities,
- preparation of schedules and media plans for all activities referred to in the description of the subject of the contract,
- implementation of at least 8 promotional campaigns (each lasting for a minimum of 14 calendar days),
- conducting profiles on social media and creating articles on Page Landing,
- Preparation of current and online reports and final report.
2. The contracting authority requires, That all materials created during implementation were in line with the guidelines regarding the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027, in particular Annex 2: Accessibility standards for cohesion policy 2021-2027 and requirements set out in the WCAG standard 2.1 at a minimum level of AA.
