Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service of preparing and producing films and spots along with the preparation of scripts presenting the effects of the implementation of the European Funds program for Lublin 2021-2027. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. In the framework of the subject the agreement referred to in para. 1, the contractor will be obliged to produce video materials with:
a) guaranteed order includes:
• Preparation of scripts and producing 5 information and promotional films with a length of 1 min to 2 min.
• Preparation of scenarios and production 5 information and promotional spots with a length of 30 seconds. (+/- 5 sec.).
b) Optional order includes:
• Preparation of scripts and producing 2 information and promotional films with a length of 1 min to 2 min.
• Preparation of scripts and producing 2 information and promotion spots 30 seconds (+/- 5 sec.).
3. Order referred to in para. 2 lit. b) is the right of options within the meaning of art. 441 The contracting authority is entitled to exercise the right of options in the event that he corresponds to his justified needs and provided that the contractor is notified of this fact later than six months before the deadline referred to in § 3 of the planned provisions of the contract (Annex 3 to SWZ).
