- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in the preparation and delivery of lunch sets for students of Primary School No. 10 in Legnica, consisting of two dishes: soup, main course and compote.2. The ordering party plans that: the expected number of meals delivered daily is approximately 210 lunches, in the months of January and December 2026, approximately 39,060 lunches should be provided, i.e. 210 lunches x 186 feeding days.3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or reduce the number of lunches delivered according to students' orders. In the event that the total delivery of lunches is less than planned by the ordering party number 39,060, the Contractor is not entitled to any financial claims in this respect.4. Any changes in the quantity of ordered lunches will be notified by the Ordering Party to the Contractor no later than 9:00 a.m. on a given day. 5. The contractor will provide the above-mentioned lunches by own transport starting from January 7, 2026 until December 18, 2026, on all working days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, public holidays or additional holidays from teaching and educational activities.6.
