- The subject of the order is to prepare an opinion on the value of real estate in the form of 1 appraisal report (2 copies of the report) aimed at determining the market value of the ownership right to developed land real estate, marked as plot no. 120/17 with an area of 788 m2 (ref. 0020 Gobiw, sheet 10), located at Gobiowska Street in Radom, recorded in the land and mortgage register KW No. RA1R/00027310/5, for the purpose of its acquisition by purchase by the Municipality of the City of Radom, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 21, 1997 on real estate management (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1145, as amended). In a separate item of the valuation report, the following should be distinguished: the value of the land and the value of individual buildings. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Chapter V of the SWZ.
