Service of preparing, delivering and serving hot meals for primary school students by MunicipalitiesMiasto Dziadowo and feeding people from the Meals at school and at home program - 2026
1. The subject of the order is the provision of catering services in the preparation, delivery and serving of one hot meal during the day at a designated place for children and primary school students from Teams Educational Facilities run by the Municipality-City of Dziadowo and for persons entitled to receive meals under the government program Meals at School and at Home managed by the Municipal Social Welfare Center, for whom the point of distribution will be primary schools in Educational Facilities Complexes in the area Commune-City of Dziadowo. The number of people using the meals may change during the term of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Chapter II of the SWZ, which is an annex to the SWZ.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: a) increase or decrease the number of children depending on needs, b) the number of meals will depend on the attendance of children and students, the Contractor will be informed about the number of meals on the day of the service, i.e. on the same day until 8.30 a.m., c) the possibility of suspending services in the form of preparing, delivering and serving meals in the event of a decision of the school management authority, after introduction...
