Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in 24-hour (during all calendar days during the performance of the subject of the contract) protection of the technical and conquest station on Kabaty (hereinafter referred to as "STP Kabaty"), property and buildings located within the STP Kabaty areaAlong with the protection and service of two entrance gates with pass offices for STP Kabaty by specialized armed protective formations (hereinafter referred to as "SUFO") in accordance with the definition of "SUFO" specified in art. 2 point 7) of the Act on the protection of persons and property (i.e., Journal of Laws 2025 item 532).
2. Detailed description of the subjectThe orders were specified in the technical specification, constituting Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: "SWZ").
3. The subject of the contract will be completed in accordance with the documentation of the procedure, i.e. SWZ and its attachments, in particular the technical specification constitutingAnnex 1 to SWZ and model of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ).
4. The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, requires employment under an employment contract
within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974, Labor Code (i.e., Journal of Laws 2025, item 277, as amended), by the Contractor orSubcontractor, persons performing activities at all posts and patrols specified in detail in the technical specification (Annex No. 1 to SWZ), at the place and time specified in the technical specification for a given post or patrol, consisting of:
