Description:
1. The subject of the order are the protection services of facilities, persons and property in the Tax Administration Chamber in Warsaw and its subordinate units in the scope of:
1) direct physical protection of objects, people and property,
2) constant supervision of signals sent by burglary and assault signaling systems (SSWIN) along with direct physical protection of persons and property facilities implemented by a security patrol/intervention group of the contractor.
2. The contracting authority divided the contract in question into 5 parts, i.e.
Part 1 of the order - Warsaw region;
Part 2 of the order - Siedlce region;
Part 3 Orders - Ciechanow region;
Part 4 of the order - Płock region;
Part 5 Order - Radom region.
1. Part 1 order - Warsaw region
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, scope, conditions and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract was specified in:
1) description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 1 to SWZ, which will constitute Annex 1 to the contract.
2) list of the Ordering Party objects together with the general characteristics of the systems and the scope of protection activities, constituting Annex 1a to OPZ - a detailed description of the subject of the contract (which will constitute respectively Annex to the contract).
3) the planned provisions of the contract - template of the contract, constituting Annex 5 SWZ.
4) a detailed form, constituting Annex 8 to SWZ - which will be an integral part of the "offer form". This form is auxiliary.
