The subject of the contract is the physical protection of persons and property implemented by specialized armed protective formations, hereinafter referred to as SUFO, in a 24 -hour shift system consisting in constant, direct physical protection of people and property, constant supervision of transmitted, accumulated and signalsprocessed in electronic systems and alarm devices, in accordance with the "protection plan" and "protection instructions" and the implementation of protective services after the announcement of mobilization, introduction of martial law or during the war at the facility in the facility 16 of the Lower Silesian Territorial Defense Brigade
