Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of 24-hour physical protection of persons and property of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Special Educational and Educational Center. Janusz Korczak in Toruń at ul. Wirki i Wigury 15 and 21, implemented in the form of permanent direct physical protection.2. Physical protection will be provided in the school building and in the dormitory building and in the area adjacent to the buildings, hereinafter referred to as the facility.3. Expected number of working hours of physical security employees, hereinafter referred to as physical security hours, during the order execution period (including the guaranteed basic scope without the right to option) is 6768 hours. This number constitutes the guaranteed scope of the order - the Ordering Party does not plan to reduce this scope during the execution of the order, but only to increase it, in accordance with section 4.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the number of protection hours during the order processing period physical by a maximum of 5% of the expected number of hours, in the event of a change in the Ordering Party's work organization (e.g. if there is a need to temporarily strengthen the physical security of the facility with additional security employees). 5.
