- The subject of the order is the provision of security services for persons and property of the Provincial Psychiatric Hospital in Zotoryja, under which the Contractor is obliged to provide permanent and direct physical protection of: 1) the facilities of the Hospital at ul. Szpitalna 9, 16 and 18 in Zotoryja, together with the concierge service in the hospital building and the adjacent area - parking lot (hereinafter referred to as the Hospital), 2) constant supervision of signals sent, collected and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems installed: in the Hospital and in the Psychiatric and Addiction Health Care Center in Legnica at ul. Chojnowska 81, building A, C and D-E and at the Mental Health Center in Zotoryja ul. Upper 2, together with their maintenance and repairs at the place of installation (hereinafter referred to as: Center), 3) activities of the Intervention Group in immobilizing persons posing a direct threat to persons and property of the Hospital and Centers mentioned in point 2), 4) studies The Hospital's security instructions will be updated in consultation with the Ordering Party.
