- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services for the protection of persons and property, together with the operational support of technical protection systems in the Urban Justice Complex.
For granting Contractors who meet the conditions regarding:
1) ability to appear in business transactions:
The Ordering Party does not set any condition in this respect,
2) authorizations to conduct specific business or professional activities, provided that this results from separate regulations: The Ordering Party will consider that the condition is met if the Contractor demonstrates that he has:
a) a current industrial safety certificate, hereinafter referred to as the certificate,
at least third degree, confirming the ability to protect classified information classified as confidential or higher, issued by the Internal Security Agency or SKW after conducting industrial security proceedings, in the case of an entrepreneur carrying out business activities as a sole and personal entity - a security certificate confirming the ability to protect classified information, authorizing access to classified information with a secrecy clause confidential or higher, issued by ABW or SKW, and a certificate of training in the protection of classified information - in accordance with Art. 54 of the Act of 5 August 2010 on the protection of classified information
