Description:
1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor to provide the MAK+ library system administrator service in 2026. The order is divided into four parts.2. MAK+ system administrators provide ongoing support (technical and substantive using ICT tools) for libraries using the MAK+ system, supplemented with sales activities (acquisition of new customers, implementation and data imports) and maintenance activities (e.g. implementation of provincial workshops). providing administrator services for the MAK+ library system are activities that ensure comprehensive handling processes related to current and new clients of the MAK+ system to the extent specified in the following OPZ. The Ordering Party expects to provide services in the above scope on a 5-day-a-week, 8-hour-a-day basis for each part of the subject of the order.
