- The subject of the order is the provision of services including the preparation and delivery of 24-hour meals to the residents of the Social Welfare Home for Children in Wiebodzice at ul. Mickiewicza 8:1. services must be provided in accordance with applicable regulations and good culinary practices and HACCP, and Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended).2. As part of the provision of services, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare meals in accordance with the attached menu, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, which will meet the weight conditions specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. As part of the preparation of meals, the contractor must adapt the menu for dietary groups, Annex No. 5 to SWZ.3. The contractor delivers the ordered meals every day at the following times: breakfast from 6:55 a.m. to 7:10 Lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dinner from 17:00 to 17:304.
