The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive nutrition service of provincial patients Specialist Hospital Janusz Korczak in Słupsk Sp. z o. o. at ul. Hubalczyk 1 and in Ustka at ul. A. Mickiewicza 12 within 60 months from the date of commencement of the service of the service consisting in ensuring all -day preparation and distribution of meals in an amount of about 408 meals Daily, on the basis of leased rooms of the kitchen building based on the principles of GHP/GMP (principles of good hygiene practice and good production practice) and the system of analyzing hazards and critical HACCP control points. The contracting authority planned during the nutrition service a change in the system from the tray to Bemar. The accompanying benefit is the design and implementation of the necessary construction works, adaptation rooms of the kitchen building and retrofitting the facility with the necessary devices. Under the contract, the contractor will design and make a reconstruction along with the equipment of the interior rooms of the building existing hospital cuisine with adaptation to the Bemar patient nutrition system according to the attached functional and utility program (PFU) constituting part IV SWZ.
