- Vol. I: preparation and serving of hot, one-dish meals to the charges of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Dbica at the Contractor's headquarters: 1) The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of preparation and serving of hot, one-dish meals for approximately 35 adults, charges of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Dbica. Social Welfare Center in Dbica in the amount of 1 meal per day for 1 person based on the sample menu indicated in this SWZ for the entire duration of the contract.2) The number of people given above is an estimate and may change during the term of the contract. This is therefore not the final dimension order, as a result of which there may be no basis for claims for refusal to complete the order. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of people covered by meals. The contractor will be entitled to payment only for meals actually provided. In this case, unit prices offered by the Contractor will remain unchanged. The reduction in demand may amount to a maximum of 50% of the contract value.3) The number of meals that the Contractor will prepare and serve depends on the administrative decision issued by this authority. ...
