Description:
1. The subject of the order is: provision of a service consisting in providing replacement cash register services in the building of the District Court in Sanok from January 2, 2026. until December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party requires that the place of operation of the Cash Service Point be the seat of the District Court in Sanok, ul. Kociuszki 5, 38-500 Sanok. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of providing alternative cash register services at a point other than the one indicated above. The Ordering Party allows for the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to the Contractor, excluding direct cash service (working at the cash register).2. Cashier services include: in particular: a) accepting cash and non-cash payments (using a payment terminal) in matters relating to court proceedings, budget revenues, commission sums, deposit sums, payments relating to the Victims' Assistance Fund and Post-penitentiary Assistance, b) accepting payments cash and non-cash payments (using a payment terminal) made by employees of the Ordering Party's units in respect of receivables to the State Treasury - budget revenues, receivables to the Social Fund, c) sale of toll stamps court...
