Description:
1. provision of services consisting of: 1.1 providing temporary 24-hour shelter in the form of a shelter for 2 homeless women and 7 homeless men whose last place of residence was the commune of Roda Wielkopolska. 1.2 providing temporary shelter in the form of a night shelter for 1 person homeless (woman or man), in which the last place of residence was the commune of Roda Wielkopolska2. Each placement of the person referred to in point 1.1 of the subject of the order is based on an individual administrative decision to direct a person to use support in shelter, issued by the Director of the Social Welfare Center in the Wielkopolska family. The decision on referral is issued after the homeless person signs a social contract.3. Providing support in the form indicated in point 1.2 of the subject of the order does not require an administrative decision, a expenses incurred for the assistance provided are not refundable.4.
